Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to camp from April 4th-9th, 2024 at 1755 Bivens Rd E Quitman, Cleburne County, Arkansas (hereinafter referred to as "the Property") and participate in the activities surrounding the Solar Eclipse of April 8th, 2024, I, _____________ , residing at _____________________ (NAME) (ADDRESS) (INPUT BELOW), agree to the following terms:

A) Waiver and Release: I hereby WAIVE any rights to claim or assert that personal injury, death, property damage, or theft is a result of the negligence or fault of Sherwood Eclipse LLC, its officers, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as "Releasees"). I also RELEASE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Releasees for any such incidents that may occur at the Property or during the event.

B) Indemnification: I agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any liabilities or claims arising from my participation in the event, regardless of whether they are caused by the Releasees or a third party.

Minors Participation and Consent: If the participant is a minor (under the age of 18), I, as the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge that I am signing on their behalf and accept responsibility for their safety and actions at the Property during the specified dates.

General: This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
